Scope: Held responsible for building and integrating supply chain warehouse department across all operating sites with 26 million KD of inventory (Raw Materials - Spare Parts - Finished Goods - Admin), reporting to Chief Operations Officer.

• Defined unified policies and procedures which controlled Supply Chain Warehouse and Logistics operations across 11 sites.
• Standardized SOPs and implemented waste management which secured 850, 000 KD within 1st year.
• Designed a fully integrated material coding system that served entire group’s inventory.
• Implemented material delivery road map aiming at optimizing WIP stock balances and reducing operations running costs.
• Put in place delivery management that ensured goods perfect order fulfillment.
