• Recruiting & maintaining the business relationship with the global & local agent

General Manager Role:
• Exclusive ME agent for some developers in Egypt (Red Sea & New Cairo)
• Master the P&L report & controlling the company’s expenses.
• Presenting the company from the legal point of view inside and outside Egypt.
• Maintaining the business relationship with the developers with a close follow up on all the constructions aspects.
• Leading the company to gain market share & be recognized in the real estate industry.
• Participating in some of the regional Exhibitions.
• Emphasizing on Customer Service perspective as a priority.
Marketing:
• Studying the market of each country carefully and building the marketing strategy according.
• Building 3 to 5 years marketing plan and allocating the required budget accordingly.
• Building the pricing according to the local market and the competition.
• Working with the agency on yearly ATL & BTL activities.
• Marketing the company with presenting the project during the yearly exhibitions.
• Conducting the marketing team to implement the marketing strategy and supporting them to be creative.
Commercial & Sales Management:
• Building the yearly sales target and conducting the sales supervisors to achieve it.
• Evaluating the monthly Turnover and taking the right actions and adjustments if there is a need.
• Mapping the market and evaluate the right sub-agent for the uncovered Zones /or cities.
Managing KSA, BAH & Lebanon markets.
