Principle Tasks and Responsibilities of the Construction Projects: 1- Review & study project-related contractual documents such as specifications, Bill of quantities, Drawings, addendums, etc. and meet with Consultant & Client to discuss the submission schedules, progress updates, production status, quality, and efficiency of drawings and get approval from consultant engineer. 2- Responsible for following up, preparing & reviewing all electrical and Low Voltage shop drawings according to project contractual documents & Kuwait authority requirements. 3- Responsible for making coordination with all other related activities such as and not limited to Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, HVAC, PH, Elevators, LV, AV/IT, Security, CCTV, etc. 4- Responsible to supervise and monitor the site workers through site supervisors and monitoring the subcontractor's work as per contract specifications and client requirements. 5- Attending all project meetings with the Consultant, Client, and contractors and updating Site Engineers/Supervisor's on-site work progress. 6- Responsible to prepare Material Submittal documents for Consultant & Client Approval. 7- Responsible to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on-site at any time. 8- Preparation of Monthly Electrical payment certification based on the progress report. 9- Responsible for checklists submission and approval from consultant for approval. 10- Responsible for installation, Testing, Pre-Commissioning, and commissioning activities of all the electrical & Low voltage systems. 11- Follow up with MEW in order to take approval for Electrical AS Built Drawing and energize the Electrical Power Supply to the project. 12- Coordinate with my team to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, standard O & M methods and procedures, international codes for material, and tolerance limits. 13- Carry out Preventive & corrective maintenance works as per the O & M manuals and company procedure with less time and prepare to stay overnight to complete the job. 14- Maintain the required essential spares for the smooth operation plant. 15- Review and study all equipment and system catalogs, brochures, and details and elaborate on its items and installation, operation, and commissioning methods. 16- Report to the Project Manager the work progress including contract compliance, needs, and requirements on daily basis. 17- Review with the Project Manager the current activities and suggest revisions in the work plan, if required for a time-efficient recovery and shall identify the root causes of delay to prevent its recurrence. 18- Coordinate with Electrical sub-contractors and guide them to overcome day-to-day operation problems. 19- Make material requisitions and order quantities without a shortage of supply or stock that may adversely affect the operation of the plant. 20- Update Operation and Maintenance Manuals with lists of Spare Parts and Services Procedures complying with the contract requirements.
