• Managing end to end recruitment process.
• Assist HR Supervisor in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
• Implement policies by linking them with UAE labor law.
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, documentation and employee records.
• Maintain database by keeping track of freezonevisa application and cancellation, non-sponsor ID application and cancellation, insurance application and cancellation, new joiners and exits.
• Conduct new hire orientation and trainings.
• Providing employee requested documents like salary certificate, NOC.
• Check staff attendance sheets and biometric attendance system and submit monthly attendance report.

Handled employee joining and exit process, providing details for
the Full & Final calculations (F&F) to the HR & Finance Manager. Keeping track of expiry dates of employee documents like passport, visa, labor, Emirates ID also important company
documents and co-ordinate with PRO for the renewal process.
Oversee entry and maintenance of employee data on all HR systems (zoho, mastersheet, employee folders) and ensure
accuracy and timeliness of the same.
Worked closely with HR Manager on developing and
implementing HR, internal operational policies and procedure.
Supported HR & Finance manager on Payroll by providing payroll information like employee information, deductions,
insurance coverage, and advance salaries.
Expertise in handling HR and admin activities like handling
employee group medical insurance, company & employee vehicle insurance, employee bank account creation, recording employee official number usage, checking company rent a car invoices, stationery and employee business card requests, employee travel and hotel booking, providing employee requested documents like salary certificate, NOC also creating yearly report of employee flight allowances, tenures n birthday.
Co-ordinate with the employee engagement programs like event organization, employee rewards recognition.
Schedule day to day driver task and also check on their monthly claims and forward the same to finance team.
Handling End to End Recruitment for various positions
Interacting with business and understanding the requirements
Sourcing talent from Job Portals, websites, referral, job postings,
mass mailing, third party hiring.
Examining, prescreening & tele-interviewing the candidate.
Assessing the candidates as per the suitability of the job
requirements through initial screening and tele-interviewing.
Coordinating and scheduling Interviews with technical panel.
Following up with business on interview feedback and keeping
the candidates updated on their profile status.
Ensuring the periodic follow ups with the yet to join - candidates
and ensuring their joining on time.
Part of Vendor Management Team.
Maintained regular reports like Offer Data Base, weekly joiner. Assisted in walk-ins when there is bulk hiring.
Identifying and meeting the training needs of existing teams. Ensure working environment is safe for employees.
