_ job tasks :
1. . Maintain and organize the company's files
2. Follow-up shipments by ( air, land), From the country of origin until it reaches the company's warehouses in Iraq - Baghdad

3. Communicate with the company's clients and staff on behalf of their direct manager.
4. Issuance and follow - up the bank transfers and financial benefits for customers and clients, payments, inventory and financial transfers .
5. Participate in daily and weekly status meetings and translate meetings ( English to Arabic) if needed
6. Translate all English correspondence’s to Arabic and reply them
7. Arranging meetings with foreign suppliers, in order of finding new leads of
8. Other duties and assigned.
