Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, guest rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning products as required.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow company hygiene and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and staff when required.
• Maintain cleaning logs and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Assist in laundry operations when needed, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Adhere to organizational standards for cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.
