• Regular activities include: entertain customer's request to perform reengineering migration work (break ring, add new ring, standalone, add new links, add new nodes, troubleshoot any issues), perform software upgrade on any requested devices by customer, maintain and update customer's U2000 server, perform end to-end testing at TM One Lab based on customer's requirements, troubleshoot any network related issues and collaborate with R&D team to advise customer on suitable solution
