Offers administrative help such as monitoring CEO's and company's emails, drafts communications on their behalf, plans and organizes meetings and their travels.
•Take notes and write minutes during monthly/weekly staff meetings.
•Answers phone calls, Whatsapp, emails and Instagram inquiries, booking requests, etc.
•Prepares daily report and cash flow report of the day-to-day operations of the company and creates a schedule for the next day.
•Schedules appointments, maintains an events calendar and sends reminders to the CEO, senior management and clients.
Provides outstanding service and attention to all guests while serving international customers, tourists and business travelers.
•Assists customers in booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments.
•Assists the customer care team in achieving monthly sales target by up selling products and services.
•Proves the ability to multitask, handles large crowds, resolves complaints and issues, ensuring that an email or written report was completed.
Directs clients to appropriate personnel to address concerns, resolve complaints or answer account-related questions
•Assist financial team to prepare invoices, prepares packages and set ups courier deliveries for customers.
•Manages and controls office supply inventory to ensure timely ordering or requisition of depleted or low-level stock
•Receives and screens high volume of internal and external communication, including emails and mails.
Answers questions in person or on telephone and refers customers to other bank services and products.
•Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
•Assists clients in bank operations, including opening accounts, accessing safe deposits boxes and cash point operations.
•Performs other secretarial and department administration duties as required.
