Working with warehouse and supply chain team for the stock allocation according to target and controlling the delivery issues.
Dealing with 3rd party merchandising Team of Tarweej to ensure the service is provided effectively, review the weekly performance of merchandising service,
Communicating the monthly activity plan with them to ensure timely execution.
Collaborate in preparing the Modern trade annual budget and monitor the financial performance vs. assigned budget to be aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance (ROI).
- Preparing the annual joint business plan (JBP) for the key accounts, negotiate and Sign the annual agreements (BDA).
Tight Budget Controls, Responsible for ensuring that the investments deliver a solid return to builds a long-term profitability in win-win situation
