Performing the regular maintenance for EAF (electric arc furnance) CCM( continues casting machine) and LRF(ladle furnance) and WTP(water treatment plant) and FTP( fume fume treatment plant) and RMH plant.
•Knowledgeable of the design of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and scada system, motor controls such as direct, soft and variable frequency drives.
•Experience in MV switch gear, , LV(low voltage) center, MCC panels.
•Responsible for preventive, routine and corrective maintenance on electrical installations.
•Completing work in accordance with company policy and health & safety regulations.
•Maintenance of EAF 100MVA arc furnance transformer -30kv to 13.8kv and LF 35kVA transformer- 13.8 to 660v . maintenance of crane 2Ton-160Ton, make-Danieli & konecranes.
•Attend breakdowns in running plant such as furnance, CCM, FTP and RMH, WTP.

I was work in India steel work limited since 12 Aug 2014 to Nov 2017 .
after successfully completion of one year traning in 2014 to 2015 wark as shift engineer in
wire rod mill (WRM) electrical & automation department(E&A).
Responcible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of WRM plant
fully automated with PLC, SCADA system make ABB, and AC/DC drives.
Maintenance of AC/DC drives and motors (ABB make).
Maintenance of DC shunt motor 1750KW /450KW motors.
Worked on SCADA system Masterpiece 200/I(ABB master programming
language) knowledge of softwares like DDC tool, APC (application programme
control).
Maintenance of oil fired furnace (60T ), roller tables and cooling towers, pump
house.
Development of spare and its managements, ISO work completed &
Manpower handling.
