1.Assistance in getting Quotations from various companies of each and handing it over to Office Manager
2.Pre- training- Updating CV’s in Company letter head format
Finding the trainer from Google Drive, Drop Box, Linked In for the training.
Coordinating with the Trainers for training materials & regarding visa & their hotel. Coordinating with the Hotels for the trainer’s room & Meeting room for the trainees
Preparing required things like stationery, papers, training materials etc. for the training prior a day of the training. Support in the formation of Presentations for the training.
3.During the training- Taking care of the Training Programs from backend by preparing Attendees sheet, Trainers & Trainees evaluation, Certificates, Score sheet before and after the training
4.Post Training- Scanning all the filled in documents & delivered Certificates related to the training and coordinating with Office Manager about the same. Sending the post training email for the training conducted- Attendance, Evaluation, Test Score Sheet.
5. Taking care of the database- LinkedIn, Top companies in GCC Countries, Banks, Exhibitions, Private & Govt databases.
6. Keeping account of the inventory & training materials going out of office.
7. Registration of Company as a Vendor online support for the Sales Team
8. Taking care of Admin & Support work like answering calls, looking after the guests, scheduling meetings, travel bookings etc.
•Performing Administrative Activities like day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
•Read and analyze incoming invoice, memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
•Handle all the front desk operations
•Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
•Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices or organizations.

Handling queries of the dealers/customers related to drugs (medicines).
•Ensure accurate and correct information is given to the dealer and the customers.
•Placing order of the customers online and ensure that they receive their cartons on time.
•Proper co-ordination with all the seniors and passing on the issues of substance to the juniors.
•Keeping in continuous touch with the dialer for proper call flow and any other issue.
