Reporting to the Program Director, I manage a team of 5 people. I am currently responsible for 100 million USD turnover.

My responsibilities are:
-Conducting business development and sales activities (both international and domestic)
-Assigning projects to project managers, and controlling their activities regularly,
-Coordinating the relations between different sections of the company (engineering, planning, production, quality, etc.) for projects and
contracts,
-Preparing offers, decision of pricing,
-Negotiation of contracts.

My main achievements are:
-Quadrupling the yearly turnover of the department in three years
-Increasing the share of export from almost null to more than 60%
-Entering to new markets, creating new customers

Reporting to the EO System Manager, I was responsible for the system design of EO systems.

My responsibilities are:
-Determining system requirements
-Directing designers (mechanical, electronics and software engineers) according to system requirements
-Conducting system level qualification and feedback to designers for corrections

My main achievements are:
-Design of first indigenous uncooled IR module of Turkey, which is used in all of the the uncooled devices of the company.
-Design of new generation thermal sight family of the company
-Design of several thermal devices.

-A mechanical part design awarded for "NADCA International Die Casting Competition Award 2010, Excellence in Aluminum over 10 lbs."
