Manage aws, OpenStack/Linux/vmware infrastructure for Cisco EMaaS application along with application support.
- Perform migration to aws cloud using automation.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure .
- Perform administrative tasks in OpenStack Horizon as per customers requirement and help
administration team to fulfill their requirement from OpenStack/Linux side. Work on all openstack components like nova, neutron, cinder, horizon etc
•Troubleshooting problems pertaining to File Server, Mail Server, Workstation, System Performance, Network Administration, Application Conflicts and System Bugs.
•Addressing queries regarding the Information System / Software support to the clients including maintenance of hardware/software support.
•Good knowledge of Logical Volume Management.

•Installation upgradation & removing software packages.
•Monitoring and controlling system services and user process using various tools.
•Monitoring system performance using various tools like sar, top, iostat, and analysing system log files.
•Server Administration: Manage Linux based servers.
•Installations on remote Linux server applications.
•Troubleshoot server related issues like network and kernel issues.
•Communicating with clients via emails, call and Remote sessions.
•Installation up-gradation & removing software packages
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
Grow clients and communicate to Account Manager by determining new opportunities.
Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
