Manage the core HR administrative process and act as ‘point of contact’ for all staff requiring HR support and guidance on HR administrative queries.

• Manage all human resource issues, investigating human resource related problems and making recommendations.
• Support selected recruitment activity and co-ordinate including CV management, scheduling, interviews, drafting offer letters/contracts.
• Manage Induction process for new starters at all levels including preparing materials, delivering the HR portions.
• Providing HR advice and support to line manager and employees explaining procedures and policies in effective manner.
• Maintaining HR records in HRIS, such as those related to employees personal detail and salary details.
• Enter data and ensure data integrity within HR information systems and other required databases.
• Employee Insurance Programs (Inception, claims / cancellations and renewal).
• Create, maintain and review standard reports and administrative efficiencies.
• Process Residence Visas (new visas, renewals, cancellations, transfers).
• Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system.
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
• Maintaining Annual leave, sickness and overtime reports.
• Computing vacation payments and severance payment.
• Prepare reports for Provision for leaves, Provision for gratuity and air ticket provision.




• Coordinate with bank for employee’s bank accounts and WPS transfer.
• Prepare and finalize monthly payroll (salary and wages) through Zeta HRMS system.
• Timesheet verification with biometric systems across store locations in UAE.
• Implementation and training of EZ attendance software to automate the entire attendance process.
• Final month end compilation of data into ERP systems and running final payroll documents.
• Computing Overtime for staffs and preparing the final sheets for department approvals.
• Making variance report of the payroll, highlighting the no of exits and new joiners in the group.
• Update WPS information (i.e. Personal ID, Labor Card Info, Bank IBAN etc.) on ERP System.
• Controlled payments owing to Full and Final settlements.
• Other general reporting tasks and projects as required.

To provide accurate and timely processing of company payroll.
Ensuring the department complies with all recruitment Policies, Laws, and Regulations.
Writing correspondence & schedule appointment of HR manager with other departments and employees.
Maintain personnel files (paper and soft copies).
Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods and confirmation.
Assist employees in communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies.
Developing reports for senior HR Officers on staff sick leave, absences and holiday leave.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Data Entry of New Joiner Details onto ERP System, Issuing Access Cards etc.
Preparation of End of Service Benefits of staffs for UAE and other GCC locations.
Review and verify the final payroll documents before bank submission.
