Setup the permanent solutions for the critical equipment breakdowns by Using EWO (5Y+1H) & Quick Keizen.
Implemented the yearly Preventive Maintenance Schedule by conducting study on the History of all the equipment
Scheduling the Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance activities.
Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
Maintain critical Stock of electrical materials in Store by coordinating with Store Incharge.
Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.
Accountable for Yearly targets set by the company and following MTTR, MTBF & KPI
Work with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & SAP.

Work independently in the shift, attend breakdowns and undertake maintenance of complete task assigned. Reports to Shift Engineer.

• Working on Three Phase Power Transformers (650- 2500) KVA, Switch Gears, ACBs, Power Factor Panels, Distribution Panels, and Earthing.
• Working on LT and HT lines (11kv), Sub Station Operation & Maintenance
• Ability to read the schematics and line diagrams, operating manuals.
• Well-known with the Plant Running, Predictive, Preventive, Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance Inspection and Test Checking of New Instruments & Field Installations,
• Motor Mage Ring Continuity Test, Insulation Test & Short Circuit Test
• Troubleshooting on Siemens PLCs ( S7-200, S7-300, S7-400 ), HMIs and SCADA Win CC
• Working on different kinds of VFDs (Siemens micro master, Siemens master drive, Danfoss FC-300, Danfoss VLT-2800, Mitsubishi etc) and Soft starters.
• Working On DOL, Star Delta Starter, Reverse Forward, PCC Panels & MCC Panels
• Single Phase & Three Phase Motor Installation & Termination
