a. Oversee the process and procedures in producing the various reports for Government monthly
reporting / License renewal and application.

countries standards. Liaised and coordinated with forwarders, warehousing team and other involved
parties to initiate every export shipment like negotiating freight rates and consolidating cargoes with
other suppliers.

timely customer service informing them of their shipment status on a periodical basis.
b. Liaised and supervised company purchase orders were on timely fulfilment.

requirements and terms.

e. Monitored there was no out of stock and overstock situation at any given time. Worked closely with
sales team to identify sales peak periods.
