● Set the company's financial plan to achieve the desired profits and monitor its achievement on a monthly basis
● Review customer contracts signed in terms of the ability to generate profits
● Determine the estimated costs of the contract before implementation
● Monitor purchase orders in terms of the required quantity and their suitability with the project's need to prevent waste
● Monitor costs during implementation to ensure that expected profits are achieved and prepare profit reports for each stage until the end of the project
● Monitor Work completion percentages for projects and monitors amounts due for collection and makes the necessary reports until projects completed
