Duties:
•Managing relationships with clients and vendors.
•Developing, implementing and managing events both locally and internationally.
•Preparing detailed proposals according to client’s brief and suggesting creative ideas for events including: event design, branding, marketing, rsvp management, staffing and post event reports.
•Organizing conferences, away days, product launches, training, gala dinners, seasonal events, mall activations.
•Managing the live streaming of events on a dedicated link including set up of web link, onsite supervision and post event report.
•Managing all group bookings, banqueting requirements and procedures.
•Overseeing procurement of catering, audiovisual, security & rental needs.
•Working closely with exhibition organizers, stand designers and contractors.
•Preparing delegate packs and promotional material.
•Supervising & coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors & vendors.
•Organize group accommodation, schedules, travel, day plans and registration procedures both locally and internationally.
Marriagement where I started working on producing dream weddings for couples belonging to very prominent families in the UAE and for clients with destination wedding requirement in UAE from around the world. I planned multiple day events and was dealing with clients from different ethnicities and gained extensive knowledge of cultures, traditions, ceremonies and customs.
Duties:
•Meet with the couple to discuss their specific requirements objectives and budget constraints.
•Negotiate agreements with hotel, vendors and client’s contracts to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
•Book vendors (Décor, AV, stage, flower, photographer, videographer etc.) and manage the execution of events onsite.
•Manage event budget including the collection of receipts and all surrounding documents.
•Trouble shoot and smooth issues onsite to successfully executing an event.
•Observing safety codes at venues, noting attendance and significant problems.
•Artist and Talent Management for projects.
•Assistance in travel and hotel accommodation.
•Temporary staffing for events.
•Opening Accounts for Non Banking customers.
•Evaluating profile and documentation of customers in lieu with the policies and procedures of the bank.
•Conducting system governmental checks to see previous history of customers.
•Sanctioning the finance based on all documents provided by client.
