Developed a retail finance, group-lending methodology designed as a business (more specifically credit coop) incubator program. The loan component is essential as in any retail finance methodology; however, the focus is primarily on capability building of members so that in the end of the incubation period, the member groups are spun-off as independent, registered credit cooperatives federated under CARE Coop.
Co-implemented the computerization of CARE Coop's loans and accounting systems in order to provide timely reports for stakeholders.
Managed the daily operations of the Head Office and retail finance branches of CARE Coop.
