Drafted the Joint Venture Agreement and The Master Developer Agreement between MAK Holding Lebanon and the shareholder of PCSI in regards to the construction of two towers in Viva Bahriya at the Pearl of Qatar and registered thereafter Qatar Coral Company to manage this project.

Represented PCSI Global in Detmold-Germany with Schomburg GmbH & Co. KG and Aquafin International GmbH for establishing an 8 million Euros factory in Qatar for the production and sales of high-quality building product for waterproofing and restoration, tile laying, water protection and industrial flooring, concrete admixtures and other construction materials. Drafted and structured the Joint Venture Agreement and the Article of Association for the Project.
