The project ran for a year sponsored by Media Advertising Printing,
Packaging and Publishing SETA. I ensured that 8 participants were trained
as sound engineers or radio managers. I arranged training sessions with
other Radio stations and overseas trainers and provided on the job
training within the radio station. My role was to manage and ensure
that they were on track and I did this by planning the training, monthly
reviews, weekly update sessions and daily management of issues that
arose within the Radio station.

Contract ended 12/2004 and Maternity leave.
