Manage and supervise the electricians on PPM in KNX system and devices that are related to
the Lighting Control System and Guest Room Management System of the Hotel (eg. ABB,
Siemens, Legrand etc.).
Responsible for the Automation /Programming of Lighting Control System and Guest Room
Management System using ETS5 & ETS3 Software for all KNX devices.
Manage, lead and supervise the contractor on wiring and installation of ELV devices for
Lighting Control System and Guest Room Management System on site.
Manage and supervise the testing and commissioning electricians on site.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting in everyday work progress on site.
Responsible for site inspection to check the proper wiring and installation ELV devices.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Review material specifications and datasheets to ensure they adhere to the standards.
• Visit sites for inspection of installation and review the operations in order to ensure conformity of design and equipment used in accordance to the specifications.
• Supervise and participate in maintaining the air-conditioning systems at various facilities under the management of the company.
• Review and comment on all MEP engineering related work performed by engineering consultants.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Review material specifications to ensure they adhere to the standards.
• Review and determine the load calculation and recommend suitable cable size for power distribution for residential, commercial and high rise building.
• Review existing power distribution and recommends upgrades if any.
• Lead and supervise any new maintenance project.
• Any other duties may be assigned by the Executive Manager.
• Responsible for inspection of completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Conduct technical safety inspections, advices/recommends to establishments owners re electrical/mechanical installation, fabrication and inspection
• Conduct constructions safety inspections and ensures all employees within the construction site are all complying with the Construction Safety and Health Standards base on the Labor Code of the Philippines.
• Responsible in checking all permits/licenses of all installed electromechanical equipments within the premises of the building that are subject for Technical Safety Inspections.
• Helping clients to comply their deficiencies in Occupational Safety and Health Standards by lectures and giving some advice to know what are the benefits having this OSHS Policy within their company premises.
• Conduct Fire Safety inspections in all establishments that are assigned by the Secretary of DOLE of the Philippines.
• Testing installations and systems, and analyzing data.
• Making sure projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations.
• Overseeing inspection and maintenance programs.
• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.
• Formulates/revises the preventive maintenance programs of the following on annual basis or necessary; air handling unit (AHU) servicing; generator set maintenance; electrical system check; fire protection system upkeep; water supply and plumbing system; other pumps/motors.
• Coordinates with outside specialty contractors on contract biddings/reviews, monitoring of services provided, quality control and equipment record updating to ensure that everything is in accordance with the preventive maintenance program of the equipment.
• Closely supervises the performance of the technicians in routine, preventive and corrective maintenance works on air conditioning operation/settings, lightings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system.
• Reviews and sign-off renovation plans submitted by tenants for fit-outs and improvement works to ensure that these are in compliance with existing building rules and regulations.
• Reviews utilities charges particularly on electric and water consumptions to ensure cost recovery measures are in place.
• Prepares and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets related to engineering operations.
• Safe keeps all technical records, manuals, brochures, as-built plans, permits and licenses renewal, and other important documents.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards specifications prior to execution of any electrical related jobs.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinate the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Checks and inspects the works in compliance to codes and standards of electrical practices.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Coordinates with Clients/Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection works.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the Site Project Manager.
