Projects
•I. Project Description: Providing antivirus securities to all clients and branches under Punjab National Bank in the Ernakulam circle. Managing the anti-malware& antivirus infrastructure for the organization along with providing assistance in design, implementation, and support of a highly available multi-domain network.
•Symantec Endpoint protection in platform windows server 2012 used for protection coverage.
•Deploy testing, implementation, maintenance of all antivirus activities to ensure compatibility with new & legacy applications and service.
•Providing third-level support for end-users, application and administration teams.
•Coordinating service/support needs with the vendors, technical & application support engineers and the infrastructure team to effectively communicate issues/resolutions.
•Providing support to end-users regarding antivirus and accordingly giving permissions.
•Establishing contact with the branches and taking necessary actions to keep the antivirus updated at all times.
•Participating in security and banking application installations as well as troubleshooting for resolution with the other infrastructure teams.
