Throughout my tenure at The University of Balamand, I have been an active participant in numerous community initiatives, ranging from grassroots cleaning drives to impactful charity runs. These experiences have instilled in me a deep sense of social responsibility and a passion for effecting positive change. My leadership roles as President of the UNESCO Club and the Political Science Society have been instrumental in shaping my organizational skills and strategic thinking. From orchestrating large-scale events to fostering dialogue on pressing global issues, I have embraced the challenges of leadership with enthusiasm and dedication. In tandem with my extracurricular engagements, my academic journey in political science and international affairs has provided me with a robust theoretical framework and a nuanced understanding of complex global dynamics. Courses in international law and conflict resolution have equipped me with the tools to navigate intricate challenges and devise innovative solutions. Furthermore, my immersion in real-world settings, through collaborations with esteemed NGOs like FISTA and participation in UN Sustainable Development Goals workshops, has enriched my learning experience and broadened my perspective on international development. An honor I hold dear is my appointment by the Dean to the Student Committee, where I actively engage with student concerns and collaborate closely with the Office of Student Affairs to ensure an inclusive and supportive campus environment. In addition, I have initiated sustainable initiatives aimed at fostering the well-being of our community, underscoring my commitment to sustainability and social equity.
