 Prepare day to day accounting operations
 Approve purchase and payment orders requested by different departments.
 Prepare, review and make necessary adjustments to payroll list.
 Calculate & deduct monthly income taxes & Cnss fees for staff
 Prepare accounting reports and submit them to the financial manager in Doha
 Prepare and calculate needed monthly budget
 Back-up month-end duties assigned with other branches in Qatar & London.
 Prepare monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports.
 Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual audit.
 Assist with testing and receive final approval for system reports required for management, financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.
 Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank such as cleared check differences, bank fee anomalies, targeted balance calculations and enhancements to online services.
 Manage & prepare Monthly Bank reconciliation
 Manage relationship with banks
