Lead all team members in the efficient and profitable operation for tiger
cookies. responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations,
maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive
ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team
members.
❖ Develops and executes sales and profit plans that are in-line with
budgetary goals, etc..
My duties included closing the Store, ensuring updating the
reports, sending the sales reports to the operational managers, checking the
temperature on the ovens and the entire walk in chillier and freezers. Checking
incoming orders and before given to Delivery Staff. Etc...
My duties included opening the Store, Preparation. Switch all the pizza
ovens. Dispatch Delivery orders and before given to Delivery Staff. End of the day,
prepare and send day’s sales reports to Head Office check tills and prepare
documentation for Banking. Check petty cash and supervise counter and Kitchen
staff. Deal with Complaints
my responsibilities to assist the restaurant manager in all
operation inside the restaurant. Ordering frozen and dry food items and receiving
items according to the proper expiration dates.

efficiency in quality service, making production chats, cleanliness of the staff,
archiving sales targets, interacting with guests to ensure good communication with
the costumers, closing counts and banking. Etc..
