• Performs monthly bank reconciliation and weekly cash clearing process and ensures no suspense cash accounts at month-end.

• Prepares and facilitates monitoring of balance sheet accounts.
• Records receipt of cash from Treasury.
• Ensures all items in “cross-charges” cost center are properly accounted and balance at month-end is zero.
• Quarterly computation of royalties.
• Facilitates in administering accruals, reclassifications, reversals and other manual journal entries.

• Executes monthly forex revaluation and BU assessment through SAP transaction codes.
As Intercompany Accountant:
• Processes intercompany receivable and payable invoices through ICWF tool along with proper coding.
• Ensures no suspense intercompany accounts at month-end and are properly accounted.
• Prepares journal entries for accrual or provision for intercompany transactions and aligned with affiliates.
• Ensuring no intercompany mismatches through review of all line items and identification and resolve any gaps.
• Prepares monthly intercompany schedule and matches with affiliates.
• Verifies invoices through Readsoft.
• Processes invoices that follows three-way matching principle.
• Handled master data of supplier information and its product/service classification.
• Prepares weekly remittance proposal for due invoices.
