Treasury & Cash Management:
* Preparing weekly/monthly cash flow forecast to evaluate the
group liquidity.
* Efficiently analyzing the group bank accounts balances levels and
insuring the injection of required funds.
* Supervise on the daily utilization of the available funds for all
national and international subsidiaries.
* Analyze banks fees/commissions and negotiate to obtain
discounted rates to align with company’s cost savings plans.
* Communicating and resolving pending issues with the respective
banks.
* Prepare ad-hoc instructions letters directed to banks.
* Assist accounting team with monthly bank reconciliations to
ensure that the GL is matching with bank statement.
Projects:
* Implementation of Liquidity & pool structures projects.
* Supervising the deployment of the cheque scanners solutions and
smart cash deposit machines.
* Online banking implementation to eliminate manual payment
process.
* Implementation of payroll bank system for HR department to
ensure efficiency, confidentiality & time management.

Preparation of daily cash position of the main subsidiaries of the
group to establish liquidity requirements to parent company and
meet deadline to loan & interest repayments.
* Preparation internal treasury reporting.
* Assists Treasurer with managing banking and lending
relationships.
* Assist in the maintenance of the company’s bank accounts.
Support opening, closing and signor changes on bank accounts
within & outside UAE.
