• Develop demand forecasts
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results (DPA)
• Interact with sales, marketing, finance and boutique managers to understand demand forecast drivers and to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
• Ensure an effective supply planning to lower the transportation cost and ensure a good distribution of goods between the different channels according to sales, stock capacity, transport fees and different needs.
• Provide input to the different teams on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
• Assess the delivery and coordinate with HQ supply planners and freight forwarders for the exchange of documents and the reception of goods on time and free of damage.

• Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations,
• Codes, and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes.
