-Conduct HR /Exit Interviews for the employees.
-Responsible for the hiring process End-to End.
-Create Job descriptions for the new titles / Hires.
-Improve the candidates Experience through sending surveys to evaluate the process.
-Recruit across different countries Egypt/KSA
-Leading a team for almost 2 years across Alex. And cairo.
-Hiring the critical positions ( Directors/ C level)
-Participating in Job fairs Events.
