• Visit the Site to collect the room details, if the details are not available for expected job.
• Attend to design / technical meetings at site to resolve the issues
• Reviews the approval packages, Scope of Works (SOW) for possible design errors constructability and non-compliance with the relevant codes
• Assist Project execution team with on time preparation and submission of drawings to Client / Consultant for approval
• Ability to work out design calculations for FM200, ADS Phoenix, Novec1230 & Argonite (IG-55) systems using Kidde Software Hydraulic Calculation
• Attend supplier product meeting and presentation of CCTV & Fire System Devices & Equipment's
• Design of CCTV system for Hotels & Residential Buildings (IP & PTZ camera, Bullet camera, WDR camera) and excellent knowledge with Monitoring & Control Center (MCC) Abu Dhabi requirements
• Produces design drawings for Civil Defense Approval & As-built drawings
• Proven track record to implement good presentation to develop the quality of work
• Prepared Video Intercom layouts & Single Line Diagram
• Prepared CCTV and SMATV layouts & Schematic diagram
• Prepared necessary detail to support assembly and arrangement of drawings
• Provided quality AutoCAD service in line with department drafting standards
• As-built drawings to support specific projects
