Senior Contracts Manager on the Fujairah International Airport Expansion Program. Working for a small team providing support to the Employer’s Representative. Responsible for all commercial and contractual issues. Auditing Contractor’s Claims, preparing correspondence, reviewing payment applications and preparing payment certificates. The team were laid off when the Employer appointed a permanent Engineer.
Enabled the Employer to successfully manage the project until it could be handed over to the new Engineer

Claims Manager on the Mubarak TV Studio Project at 6th October City. The US$300m project was for the construction and equipping of a brand-new suite of TV studios at the Media City Complex, in consortium with Sony B&PE. Reporting to the Project Director with a team of ten Claims consultants and six planners.
Temporary posting as Claims Manager on the TD55 project for the renovation and expansion of Terminal No.1 at Dubai International Airport. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Responsible for notification and preparation of claims. Preparing an Extension of Time Claim on the Burj Al Arab Hotel Fit Out Project.
