•Through proper stock management, I was able to score green in the stock counts that were held in the past 5 years & the percentage of shrinkage has decreased considerably from 1.4% in 2014 to 0.04% in 2018.

•With the analyzing skills that I possess, I was able to reduce the store expenses by reducing;
The percentage of Soiled & damaged products through proper handling & storage

Reducing the cost of repairs of store & café equipment through timely follow ups for maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Creating LPO’s through SAP & Ariba for all daily, weekly & monthly direct & indirect purchases for goods and services.

•Requesting quotes from suppliers for purchase requests received from store operations team & for maintenance related activities.

•Asset Management- transfer of assets and scrapping of old assets by following company processes & SOP’s. Maintaining asset list for the store & also updating the finance team about new assets to be acquired.

•Vendor Management- following up & consolidating invoices for processing GRN’s and on time payments and introduce new vendors if required.

•Maintaining & timely updation of the entire store & Café related expenses in SAP petty cash journal (ZFI_FBCJ).

•Maintaining records of daily cash collections & credit card purchases through generating daily X-out reports & recording them in daily teller summary. Creating daily, weekly & monthly reports for sales & stock holding.

•Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments by collecting all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed & respond to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters. Finally, Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange for timely renewal.

•Update & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff. Conduct trainings for all the staffs with regard to new processes and other subject related aspects.

•Maintain up to date records to follow all audit procedures, conduct delivery process including scanning and updating the stocks in SAP . Identify damaged items received from transfers or deliveries and raise -SRD’s and follow up in an accurate manner.

•Managing licenses, contracts & permits & updating the retail facility management team for timely renewal.

•Creating store operational documents & reports, planning & conducting trainings for the staffs. Updating staff Attendance, Goal sheets on daily basis & also conducting daily internal audit of the store.

•Managing stock loss from manufacturing defects & damages by following the SOP’s thus controlling store operational costs to certain extent.
