o Thereby increasing Service from 91% from 2016 to 94% in 2017.

o Joint forecasting & managing huge promotions/events with all customers like Ceres Juices, Diamond foils etc.

o F&B Modern Trade Demand Planning- Introduction of Time Series forecasting model & exponential smoothening to validate baseline generation.
