- Client Servicing - Guarantee reliable, organized, and clear communication between clients, the in-house creative team & development departments on a daily basis to ensure that campaigns are carried out according to project plans.
- Account Planning & Strategy - Create content strategy and digital stories for the brand’s digital communities to establish high levels of engagement with the target audience.
- Content creation and management of the brand's online voice and presence.
- Community management on social media platforms that include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
