• Responsible for managing assigned credit portfolio and marketing of financial products to existing as well as new Corporate and High Net Worth Clients.
• Responsibilities include preparing/submitting Credit Proposals on time with due focus on projected turnover, cash flows, Balance Sheet and ratio analyses over tenor of financing to determine feasibility and customer’s ability to make timely repayments and risk mitigation in terms of business, operational management and environmental factors.
• Keeping a sharp focus on regulations, industry dynamics affecting clients and analyzing clients’ banking products requirement in view of their nature, dynamics and cycle of businesses and accommodating corporate & high net worth clients accordingly.
• Ensuring optimal utilization of existing credit lines of clientele and improvement in their spreads.
• Making frequent calls to penetrate and get continuous insights of customers’ business and also marketing of treasury products to clients.
• Preparation and assessment of credit requests including excess over limits, NOCs, temporary accommodations etc.
• Responsible to ensure perfection of security structure through stock checks, factory visits, charge ranking, adherence to approvals and possession of assets etc as per requirement of the regulatory and internal policies of the bank.
• In order to ensure succession planning, I am responsible for training Relationship Manager / Associate reporting to me.
• Maintaining proper record of the clients in order to meet compliance and internal policies of the bank.
• Complete Pre/Post Approval formalities.
