● Work with field Relationship Managers for post-sale of Talentera
● Assist the TAM team as and when needed on accounts other than the ones originally assigned
● Develop and conduct relevant and regular training to all Talentera clients
● Assist in preparing materials that clearly outline the processes and systems for all products
● Lead work groups, forums and an environment for innovation and ensure the project management thereof

► Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer.
► Actively listen to customers and provide them with solutions that meet or exceed what they need.
► Explain and demo all digital products of Bayt.Com in person or online.
► Increase Bayt.Com's product portfolio per customer through active sales with constantly working to improve customer care experience, create engagement and facilitate organic growth.
► Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution.
► Create communications to keep customers in the know on current offers, pricing, support concerts or any changes.
► Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to upgrade their experience.
► Identify, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
► Ensure coverage of your assigned stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings.
► CRM system should be used extensively.
✦ Starting backdoor sales operations with key accounts; selling 200, 000 SAR worth of FMCG goods weekly
✦ Establishing relations with customers and getting better deals; decreasing customer buying price by up to 20%
✦ Introducing 6 new key accounts to the customer portfolio (Panda, Manuel, LULU, Raya, Sarawat, STAR)
✦ Negotiating logistics and delivery terms for stronger BDAs with customers
✦ Connecting internally with stakeholders to ensure proper delivery and selling operations
✦ Establishing the online/e-commerce channel; introducing and managing 9 online customers (Noon Daily, amazon, Panda Click, Nana, Carrefour, Danube, Bin Dawood, Mawin, Qawafel)
✦ Increasing company monthly sales by 300, 000 SAR through e-commerce
✦ Listing 89 SKUs in across all e-commerce accounts; creating strong presence online and increasing sales
✦ Implementing online promotions and front-page banners as per the marketing plan

✦ Developing complete websites with database, front-end, back-end, including storing and fetching data processes.
✦ Designing special UI that consist of many panels and including ads.

registration form to participate in the events.
