1. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization as per management objectives.
2. Maintain a smototh fluent IT and ERP systems in branches and showrooms.
3. Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects.

16. Maintain a record and smooth operations of all company computers / laptops / printers / scanner / copy machines.
17. Help in other related jobs like phone system, email set up in company devices, buying software, etc.

1.General
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Providing technical support across the company in person or over the phone
* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

* Set up accounts, manage rights, privilege and deal with password issues

3.Email Administration( office 365):
* User account management including add, update and delete

I studied Information technology with concentration CIS Web. While I was a student at the University of South Alabama, I acquired PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, visual basic and many skills. I believe that with these skills, I can help the company meet its goals and objectives. I enjoy learning and taking on challenging tasks. The more I practice, the quicker I become. My motto is, ‘Continue to push yourself, no matter what challenges you face’. The most important thing is to keep going. It is important to be successful, but it is more important to be ready to succeed.
