Responsibilities:
Assisting in maintaining the NWC’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System on designated projects so as to ensure activities are conducted in a safe and controlled manner. In addition, actively promote the HSE policy, Procedures and Plans as well as give advice to management for continual improvement of systems and enhance overall safety performance.
Ensure full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all NWC HSE procedures and policies.
Conduct daily inspection and submit all HSE reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Evaluation, etc) for NWC projects to analyze and support.
Rendering guidance to the consultants and contractors for implementing safety measures according to the NWC Project Management Manual (PMM).
Conduct Internal & External HSE Audit .Assist the Projects Managers in reviewing HSE Plans, Method of statement and inspection, evaluations and other HSE related Documents as per contract documents.
Work proactively with the Compliance team to ensure that a system is developed and maintained that meets the requirements of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Teams.
Identify training needs related to the PMM and conducting Training & Orientation (Client, Consultant & Contractors).

Responsibilities:
Conduct inspection checklist.
Prepare Healthy, Safety and Environmental reports.
Prepare and Implement Work Permit.
Conduct regular toolbox meeting to all workers.
Attend weekly project review meeting to discuss and explain how safety helps progress.
Conduct HSE Audit and Site HSE inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts or condition and reported to safety manager.
Participate in developing risk assessments and emergency procedures.
Co-ordinate and provides advice and assistance (HSE related)to HSE representatives
Monitor sub-contractor behavior regarding implementation of the project’s HSE standards and the sub-contractor’s commitment to safety thru its safety policy
Check monitor suitably and ensure ample provision of personal protective equipment especially in the nature of the job require such equipment
Ensured that all company personnel and Contractors employees adhere to the Company’s Safety policy, Loss prevention procedure and working practices and that all safety, fire detection /protection and fighting equipment/systems are maintained in good working conditions at all times.

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company/client project’s HSE standards and requirements.
Attend in the safety committee meeting with client, Consultant, subcontractors and related government departments.
Conduct regular site safety inspection.
Monitoring excavation and confined space work.
Conducting internal work permits and Traffic Police and Municipality permits.
Participate in Traffic Police awareness campaigns.
I completed 2 million working hours without LTI.

Responsibilities:
Monitor of all working activities in the area as:
Safety of Scaffolding.
Safety of workers.
Safety of equipment.
Safety of electrical tools.
Maintain of housekeeping of the site.
Conduct regular toolbox meeting to all workers.

Responsibilities:
Inspecting and monitoring the samples that will use it at projects as the client requirements through:
Receiving of samples that will use in the projects from the contractor, and reviewed in accordance with specifications.
Handling of routine sample processing and special requirements.
Visit the projects to confirm on the implementation of the required samples.
