I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a distributors, retailer shop and Jio Point store. This includes managing distributors, billing, retailers, stock inventory, sales, customer service and financial reports. I also have to make sure that the shop complies with company policies and local regulations. Providing the best customer service by assisting in the selection of products and plans, as well as engaging customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the distributors, retailer and Jio Point store, including Billing, inventory management, customer service, and loss prevention.
2. Develop business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic.

5. Deal with all issues that arise from distributor, retailer, staff or customers.

My primary responsibility is to assist customers with the in- store check-out process, including ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price checks, honoring coupons, collecting payments, and giving appropriate change.
1. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
2. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
3. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
4. Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
5. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
