• About data collecting and keypunching
o In Myanmar, We are monitoring 50 Television channels, Out of Home (Billboard, bus-stand, etc. ….), Print (Newspaper, magazines and Journals) and Radio Channels.-Assist to improve the data processing and Reporting. Recorded 24 hours for the Airing TV & Radio Channels .When we get these data making the data entry processes, I was managing and checking about their assign on time or not. For Out of home (BBD, bus Stand, Etc…) - We were going around the whole town and capturing the photo to data keypunch .
o For Print (Newspaper, Magazine and Journals) - we bought all of printing (Newspaper, Magazine and journals) and search for about advertisement - recorded Brand - Categories - product.
• About checking and second keypunch
o After their entry assign, I was exported the Raw data and send back to check their data entry (as like second keypunch). This checking process, I was giving 3 hours that why we called 3 hours checking. They were checking the data and send me back if they had finished.
• About weekly checking and reporting to other related department
o I had collected their data, I was exported report again. There was a next step checking that we call “Weekly Checking .Because we had always reported for weekly and monthly. When time up to checking time, we were preparing a weekly report and send a report on time. Before we didnt send reports, we checked again and sent.
• Reporting and data processing
o We used A4 MANAGER (DATA MANAGER) to keep over 1Million Data, WORK FLOW MANAGER ( WFM ) to Entry and export data and MEDIA PAD PLATFORM for Data Entry and Export data that used a hug data and connect to the cloud - Back up time 2months. Used WIZZ PLUS Server for Client, We was uploading and managing for client report on wiz plus, Client easily to see their report and always up to date data. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
o Check new brands and added in data base server to available to keypunch. Using data base and exporting log data for checking and reporting.
• Checking step to get accurate data
o In Weekly checking, using excel formula and create a checking VBA(Visual basic Application) in Excel for other.

Assisting on planning, organizing and directing data processing activities
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems preparing for checking using Access, Excel, SQL server
• Delivering Sales value, volume, distribution share report twice a month
• Checking the price, volume of each outlet for every SKUS
• Updating list of medicine every week into the database and collection forms visiting 10-20 outlets twice a month
