-Establish HRS team in the organization, to implement,
develop and support HR system .
-Implement HR systems including Human Capital Management & Talent Management
- Build the HR system for each company by gathering the business requirements and provide the best Practice to apply the HR system.
-communicate with the System Provider to Submit the requirements and ensure about the outputs to be delivered by accurate way to our users .
-Participate with organization development team to build the job analysis, job evaluation and salary
structure for our company by using HAY methodology.
-Participate in design & develop the Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self- Service (MSS) to automate the work cycle by covering more than 20 HR forms (processes better) which are essential
For the organization. (Leave Form, Duty Joining form, Employee Hiring form, Manpower Requisition form, Termination Form, Resignation form, EOS Clearance Form, Training Request….etc. ) .
-Configure the rules & Regulations setup for Al the environments in various countries (KSA, Jordan, and UAE)
-Design the HR dashboards by using SAP Business Objects (turn over analysis, employee data
analysis, absence analysis, Time Attendance analysis, Saudization dashboard statistics ) .
-automate the time attendance by linking the attendance devices online with the system (ID card,
finger print, hand scan, access doors ) .
-implement the document Management. (open text) by converting all paper documents to be archived Automatically.
-Manage the role of HRIS team in supporting the company with more than 14K employees with
different types of business entities including manufacturing, trading, real estate, construction,
investments etc. with each units having different kind of business process .
-perform the HR databases as DB admin by covering the Flowing tasks (DB Tuning, DB Admin., DB Backup)
-Participate with IT dept. to Build Disaster Recovery Solution for our HR data.
