Lead the process of community mobilization and community assessment by developing the required tools and ensuring the availability of all necessary resources while coordinating with other field representatives.
• Develop required documentation, field visit reports, and weekly plans for the team.
• Allocate the necessary resources for the implementation of project activities.
• Ensure the project adheres to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Provide advisory feedback to the team regarding activity implementation and action plans, in line with the Project Manager.
• Provide monthly reports and statistics to the Program Manager and donors that reflect the project's progress.
• Coordinate and participate in the development of workshops and training courses.
• Create a well-designed and motivating evaluation program, and communicate with teams about their performance.
• Update monthly project management templates.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, and procurement departments, and follow up on their work.

Provide technical guidance on education program (Higher and Remedial Education) for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Manage, coach and supervise education projects staff, enhance staff capacity through training with respect to identified staff needs.
• Ensure Program objectives and activities are achieved.
• Contribute a concept note and Proposals.
• Prepare monthly reports on the activities and progress of the projects as per IRW templates and requirements.
• Close monitoring and control over the data collected from beneficiaries, and participated in selection criteria development for beneficiary.
• Manage the budget of the assigned project(s) and ensure all expenses are according to budget and meet IRJ standards with regard to financial management, including accountability and good governance.

• Work with Project Manager to ensure all planned activities are implemented efficiently, effectively and are of sustainable impact.
• Manage field coordinators and oversee implementation of project interventions in the field directly under the management of the Project Manager.
• Support field coordinators in building excellent relationships for influence with the school community members and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate effectively with field coordinators to ensure high quality delivery of planned activities within the project’s different interventions.
• Coordinate effectively with support services (Communications, Finance, Logistics, …etc) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with the project’s team members (Technical Specialists, Child Protection, MEAL & Research) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Facilitate orientation sessions with the community to help them understand the different components of the project, as needed.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify quality progress of all projects’ interventions to ensure that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner and to provide support, guidance and advice.

• Organize all the activities related to the project.
• Doing many initiatives with schools community.
• Support Project manger to prepare timely program and donor reports in compliance with internal SCJ requirements and any relevant external donor requirements .
• Work with all internal departments to achieve Project goals (HR, MEAL, Finanace, Logistic, advocacy, Communication)

Lead on education program activities supporting children and their families at the Child & Family Centers in refugee camps and host communities programs, Ensure children’s participation in educational activities. Provide regular trainings and orientation to field staff on Education in Emergency (EIE) competencies and setting up and managing informal and Non-formal Education, child rights, child participation

Manage CFS animators, Assist animators with the development of children’s activities in the CFS, Replenish CFS materials as necessary, Write weekly and monthly reports on describing activities, indicators and lessons learned
