• Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients.
• Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients’ needs.
• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Assess clients’ needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.
• Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records.
• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
• Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
• Assess clients’ needs, recommend, or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.
• Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
• Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Maintaining reporting structures ́ and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
• Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
• Assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Identify potential consumers and convincing them to buy the credit card by explaining the benefits and exclusive offers they will gain by buying the product
• Analyzing the customer financial status, credit, and property evaluations
• When the customer fill the application and sign it I send the application to the coordinator
• Following up with the customers for any questions and for any incomplete documents required
• Establish an after-sale relationship with the customers to meet all their needs
