-Conduct financial analysis and research on various topics related to the company's finances, market trends, and economic conditions.
-Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and present them to senior management.
-Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
-Evaluate the company's financial performance by analyzing financial statements and identifying key trends and insights.
-Monitor and analyze financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, and provide insights to senior management.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
-Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans, and track actual results against forecasts.
-Develop and maintain financial databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
-Communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Responsible for financial reporting for a portfolio of more than 10 companies in different industries
located in Kuwait and KSA.
•Prepare cost & expenses reports for contracting projects and review
revenue calculation based on Percentage of Completion IFRS 15 including all information (POC, Revenue PJTD, Cost PJTD, Backlog, Unbilled, Outstanding, Advances, Retentions Balances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to
financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll
• Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
• Provide Analysis and recommendations about business performance.
• Providing support for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
• Preparing Ad-Hoc Reports for CFO.
• Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 7 employees in the Accounting Department. Carries out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Receive and process invoices from suppliers, perform invoice matching with delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Release supplier or service provider payments as per the Finance Department purchase and credit policies.
• Prepare monthly cost report.
