Responsibilites
• Along with Plant Manager responsible for £30million annual budget and overall pipeline targetry of newly build largest domestic Mail Centre
• To operate Plant in Plant Manager’s absence managing 800 staff, 45 Managers and 20 Engineers

• • Responsible for £9 million project to successful install new Compact Sequence Sorting (CSS) and Intelligent Letter Sorting (iLSM) machines across several Regional sites and changed operational pipeline
• To develop project plan for all responsible sites covering the project performance aspects of Cost, Quality, Time, Scope, Risks and Benefits in line with the National Programme and negotiate with Union
• To manage production of products and execution of project using agreed standards and processes
• Tracking activities against project plan, writing progress reports and updating project plan including agreed changes
