JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Commissioning of plant
ÿ Trial Run of equipments
ÿ Coordinating with commissioning contractor Kobelco Eco Solutions Co., LTD
ÿ Setting Parameters (high and low values)
ÿ Start up and Shut down of plant according to commissioning contractor requirement.
ÿ Troubleshooting according to In charge’s instructions
ÿ Backwashing and Regeneration of Filters and softener
ÿ Monitoring and maintain the quality of water (PH and Hardness etc).
ÿ Assisting Shift Supervisor in planning Day - To - Day activities in coordination with other
trades to execute maintenance activities in safe and environmental friendly way.
ÿ Identify the corrective measures for process problems and gives suggestion for improvement
with cost effectiveness.
ÿ Team Work & Communication: Excellent communication and clear understanding of process
requirement. Apply effective relationship management tool to lead and work with a large
team.
ÿ Quality Management and good understanding about occupational health, Safety, Environment
& Quality management system.

Start up and Shut down of Compressors and pumps.
ÿ Normal and safe Operation of plant.
ÿ Day to day activities: Assisting Shift Supervisor in planning Day - To - Day activities in
coordination with other trades to execute maintenance activities in safe and environmental
friendly way.
ÿ Quality Control: To enhance product quality by following established quality standards and
quality control system.
ÿ Cost saving & Production Budget: Follow superior’s guidelines for smooth operation to achieve
production budget.
ÿ Identify the corrective measures for process problems and gives suggestion for improvement
with cost effectiveness.
ÿ Team Work & Communication: Excellent communication and clear understanding of process
requirement. Apply effective relationship management tool to lead and work with a large
team.
ÿ Quality Management System: Good understanding about occupational health, Safety,

ÿ Training: Assists Shift supervisor to train new field operator
Train new plant operators, engineers and internee engineers.
ÿ Prepare and modify standard operating procedure as per the guidelines of unit engineer in
charge.
ÿ Presentation of new policy and rules to the operators formulated by the management
regarding plant operation.
ÿ Design and hyperlink data for Du Pont requirement
ÿ Prepare loop and flow diagram of various section and systems like cooling water and tempered
water system etc.
