•In charged of the operation of all AV equipment including lighting in PSU Auditorium and meeting rooms.

1.FIDELIO backup office, S & C and F & B on line backup
2.MICROS database backup once daily
3.Daily backup of the entire file SERVER DATA is completed by monitoring in the NOVELLE SERVER monitor.
---Assists Hotel Guest with personal computer problems, broadband and dial up internet connections, fax, and printer operations when required.
---Install and maintain standard software in personal computer
---Maintain and ensure that all computers, printers, micros workstations, micros printers, switches, vingcard machine are in good working condition.
---Assists internal customer with any difficulties in operating computers.
---Ensure that Guestlink TV internet connection system is working fine and all the rooms should be connected to server.
---On call duty for emergency purposes like micros workstation and server problem
· Carries out the repair and maintenance of all electronic system and equipment such as in-house music system, intercom system, and audio/video equipment, MATV system, and fire alarm system in hotel.
· Attends to modifications/additions to the present systems and installations of telephone cabling, network cabling and TV system cabling.
· Assists Shifting Engineer to prepare spare parts lists of electronics equipment.
· Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in Hotel premises including any new additional telephone lines.
· Assists Hotel guest with problems in TV, telephone lines, fax machine.
· Responsible for assisting other personnel in emergencies and for carrying other engineering duties as may be required by the Director of Engineering or his subordinates.
---Setup of different kind of projectors (overhead, slide, LCD, DLP, and Video wall)
In different Hotel clients of the company like Shangri-La Hotel, Diamond Hotel,
Peninsula, Dusit, Intercontinental, Hyatt Regency and other hotels assigned by the company.
---Setup of TV, video players like VCR, VCD, LD, DVD, and video camera for video presentation.
---Setup of Audio system, Public Address System, Discussion System, wireless microphone system, power speakers, and other equipment used for sound system.
---Monitoring and maintenance of the said equipment.
--- Fabrication of different wire cables used for setup and installation of AV equipment.

· Take charge of the operation, maintenance, use and repair of the different Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and materials.
