Managing the whole Fleet (heavy equipment, trucks, buss, etc... )
Maximize the fleet utilization .
Controlling the expenses for the whole operation .
Building up network system to mentor & record the Equipment history
Responsible for Machine Rental and Used Equipment sales, including support services & to achieve annual volume, revenue and profit targets.
Meet or exceed the annual machine rental and used equipment sales targets for revenue, expenses and profitability.
Conduct professional sales negotiations with prospective machine rental/used equipment buyers and ensure most favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Coordinate machine rental and used sales activities including machine recommendations, rental price calculations, rental application assessment and joint customer visits.
Initiate additions or deletions of equipment to the fleet, as warranted by business trends and fleet utilization.
Maintain customer contact to ensure service satisfaction, a continuous working relationship, and meeting contractual obligations.
Monitor and document all Rental market and competitive activities to assist in strategic sales planning.
