*Analyzing and processing all Trade services (LCs, LGs & BCs & Transfers) and also Customer accounts services related transactions (corporate opening accounts) on safe watch system to secure that no money laundry process took place in any case in accordance with the P&P
*Reviewing all pending Transactions that haven't been processed by the coordinators to identify the reason of delay and enhance the employees efficiency to fulfill the SLA set for each case
*Follow up with concerned branches/parties to complete the information related to any pending transactions that can be processed as per P&P Ensure that all related inquiries, cases and amendments are resolved and processed in coordination with concerned parties as per P&P *Compliance performance in line with AB code of conducts as well as AB P&P and local laws and regulations
*Monitor & ensure proper procedures were taken while revising all the transactions received to achieve the most desirable outcome which will be reflected in my work achievements
*Manage team efficiently providing motivation and developing their competencies while building a strong teamwork environment within and outside direct team
*Ensure team accuracy, completeness, timeliness and consistency of processing in line with P&P
* From May 2008 till now at Arab bank plc in the Trade Finance Department (Central Operations Unit)
✴ Register all type of transaction of the system for both In & Out ward doc. collection
✴ Opening documentary collections, as well as resolving daily operational issues related to the documentary collections, either import or export collections, registering import and export bills for collections, executing payments as per our customer instructions through MT 103 or MT 202, adding funds to customer's accounts when receiving it from outside banks for export collections
✴ Settle both type of transaction Inward and Outward docs
✴ Preparing all type of swift message.
✴ Make sure that the original documents are received and properly handled.

* Carrying out customers' deposits and withdrawals.
